In this role, I'm responsible for the brewing, filtration, and utilities departments in one of HEINEKEN's most complex breweries, leading the department of 70 FTE (indirect). My responsibilities included budget management, safety, quality, maintenance, and productivity.Highlights and Achievements:- Improved planned maintenance coverage by 60%, leading to increased operational efficiency.- Reduced the extract loss percentage in the brewing department by 27%, achieving a record low.- Contributed to record production output, exceeding annual targets.- Played a key role in the brewery's sustainability agenda, aiming for carbon-neutral production by 2027.- Establishing a clear vision towards a climate-neutral brewery by 2027.- Achieved a reduction of over 35% in natural gas consumption.Member of the Site Leadership Team, where I made strategic decisions focusing on overall growth and innovation of the brewery.
