Insure all supplies and tools are available and in good working condition.Educate staff in proper use and care of IT equipment.Assist in resolving IT equipment and technical problems.Develop and maintain extensive technical knowledge of the products and services provided by the site.Assume on-call responsibilities for IT issues during non-business hours.Perform routine preventative maintenance and simple repairs on IT equipment.Educate and train staff on all software applications.Research and development of new applications and products as needed.

• Responsible for software application installation and training. • Analyze – Assess employee-training needs. Modify curriculum of simulation training and preparation of on site practice sites. • Organize and implement on site training. Assess trainee comprehension and communicate these results to management. • Oversee and assist in dual conversion of data from existing system to new system. • Provide live support and monitoring of trainees as the Reynolds system is brought on line. • Troubleshoot specification problems, rework job processes, and assist management in their daily operations during transition period. Received Certification as Technical Trainer by the Chauncey Group (2000). For having demonstrated mastery of instructor knowledge and Performance as defined by the International Board of Standards For Training, Performance and Instruction (ibstpi)
