Assisted in quantifying and tracking 13,000 manhours of construction activities during the conversion of a simple-cycle natural gas peak energy facility to a combine-cycle facility capable of generating 340MW; establish tracking matrices based on contracted work and historic productivity factors; evaluated contracts to mitigate cost and schedule conflicts; audited change order requests to ensure proper billing and cost allocation. Assisted in setting up internal budget controls for three natural gas power plants with budgets exceeding $350 million; established bid breakdowns for subcontracted scope of work; monitored progress measurement to provide detailed monthly earned value information; audited internal controls system to ensure records were accurately maintained
