Converting modules of a legacy VB Access application into ColdFusion and Servoy frameworks. Performed maintenance, upgrades and bug fixes on GIS programs used within the Transmission and Distribution departments. Furthered development on an aerial photo program used to assist in the tracking of transmission tower assets. This program compared aerial photographs of electric towers and poles to verify location, determine if asset was relocated and was also used in the planning of new construction and relocation of electrical tower assets. Added enhancements included much needed view and comparison functions, print layouts and a user help file.

Developed programs and reworked existing programs to assist electrical transmission engineers and inspectors in the performance of their daily duties. Programming involved developing simpler to understand user interfaces, calculation of mathematical formulas, placing and calculating geometric shapes on maps to provide engineering data for the planning, tracking and troubleshooting of electrical transmission assets and circuits. Completely revamped an existing program to calculate distances on electrical power circuits to aid in the location of power faults and outages.
