• Introduce and manage the required planning strategies and techniques to ensure projects are adequately planned to allow the successful execution on site.
• Introduce Reporting procedures to ensure the adequate management of ongoing projects.
• Develop a Technical team to ensure MEP design is completed to the required standards, construction detailing is prepared to enable efficient execution on site.
