My previous company was acquired by BSI and I transitioned into a Senior Infrastrucutre Engineer role working on both BAU and project work as well as supporting the Cyber Security side of the business.

Responsible for all internal IT infrastructure and networking support, management and project implementation along with routine internal network and infrastructure Penetration Testing.

For nearly 9 years I have worked as Space Air Conditioning Plc's Systems Administrator, overseeing all aspects of the IT infrastructure and supporting over 100 users at our five national sites. I support a mixed Windows, Linux & Mac environment utilising Open / Active Directory integration. I have undertaken and managed several major protects in my time at SpaceAir all of which were completed to their schedules and under their provisioned budgets.

I worked for Newmarket Promotions for 3 years in an IT support role. It was a fantastic entry into IT and gave me some great knowledge and skills which have helped me progress my career.I assisted with many aspects of the IT departments daily running including the roll out of new hardware across the entire company, software and hardware support as well as server maintenance and administration. I was a user facing member of the department who built strong relationships with all departments and managers. I migrated their accounts systems to a new platform and dealt with all Apple Macintosh related hardware, software and server issues.
