My role as an Additional Zonal Representative included:1)Ensuring the informed and efficient administration of all clubs in Zone 3 (15+ clubs) of Rotaract District 3131. 2. Verifying that all administrative procedures comply with the goals of the company. 3. Training and supporting recently established clubs and assisting in creating a framework for their expansion throughout the area. 4. Supporting the district council's strategic decision-making. 5. As a key committee member, ensuring that information is shared and decisions are made in a transparent manner. 6. Maintaining statistical records for every team in Zone 3. 7.Encouraging and motivating the clubs to take part in activities held by other clubs and the district. 8. Holding the ideals of Rotaract higher than everything mentioned previously.
