Developed and piloted a new analytical product designed to flag first-year university students at risk of dropping out.Conducted a research project on the effects of a reduction in financial aid on student retention. As a member of the decision sciences team, I integrate structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data from across the organization to identify business opportunities and drive improvements. I use complex statistical techniques on large data sets to develop predictive and explanatory models of customer behavior. Additionally, I coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to advance the data infrastructure and analysis capacity of the organization.

Synthesized business insights from a variety of data sources including Voice of Customer feedback from text-mined surveys and e-mails as well as demographic, transactional, and behavioral data from enterprise data warehouses.Designed and developed a MS SQL Server database to automatically retrieve, store, and report on over 20 GEICO surveys.
