Coordinated the inbound overflow call center for Pledge Drive for five PBS stations around the country as well as the Children's Miracle Network Telethon. Planned, hired, trained and supervised a staff of approximately 40 people, processed reports for each station handling millions of dollars in credit card pledges and input all of the pledge gifts into the computer working with live television changes.Supervised and managed the Customer Service Department and Staff for VideoFinders, the PBS based video sales company.

Appraised law library collections for private law firms, corporations and The American Society of Appraisers for resale, partner buyouts and insurance purposes. The only appraiser invited to join The American Society of Appraisers. Organized library collections, planned spacing for and organized moves and created computer drawn floor plans and accompanying directories.

Assisted students with both IBM and Macintosh computer hardware and software. Taught the Intro To Macs and Microsoft Works at the beginning of each semester. Ran the graduate program strategy simulations for the Strategy classes. Created the teaching manual for the Macintosh classes including creating the drawings of the machines.
