His defense record of more than 700 successful summary judgments also include recent trial wins of a $110 million multi-state trade secret, trademark and unfair competition matter which resulted in dismissal of one matter and a judgment of only $1 in a second matter. He serves as lead plaintiff counsel in a multi-state product defect matter against Starbucks.Davis merged his firm with a DFW firm in 2021.
