I am a Clinical psychologist at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center. My specialty areas include multiculturally-focused psychology, therapy with LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, sport and performance psychology, consultation, and anti-racism training for white people. I hold a PsyD in Clinical Psychology and an MA Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver's Graduate School of Professional Psychology. My internship was at the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology at Boston Medical Center and the University of Boston, and my post-doctoral fellowship was at Hartford HealthCare's Center for Gender Health. I am licensed in the state of CT, an assistant professor at UCONN, and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology.I am a queer, white, trans man.Experienced mental skills consultant, mindful practice guide, and performance excellence skills consultant. Extensive experience within the LGBTQ+ community both in advocacy and consultation. Experienced field hockey umpire (USA Level III) with a demonstrated history of working in the sports industry.
