Developed a comprehensive needs-based employee professional development program that spanned and addressed the diverse needs of 160+ Student Affairs employees. Advanced divisional strategic planning and assessment initiatives, including the development of program and student learning outcomes and refinement of key performance indicators. Supervised the Student Affairs Research Data Analyst and Graduate Assistant.

Served on the leadership team of the Division’s Assessment Council and supported the Division’s 14 units to conduct assessment activities and interpret results. Oversaw the Student Learning Project, a three-year initiative to provide direct measures of student learning resulting from Student Success programs and services. Oversaw membership and coordinated activities of the 21 member UAlbany Spirit Street Team. Assisted in the planning and administration of Great Dane Beginnings Opening Weekend for Freshman & Transfer students. Instituted the Explore UAlbany program, the first-ever academic component to opening weekend in which undergraduates had the opportunity to attend interactive academic sessions by distinguished faculty. Edited and revised the annual UAlbany Student Handbook & Planner distributed to 9,000 undergraduate students.
