Provided spiritual care to patients and families, extensive support to clinical staff, and spiritual care leadership in interdisciplinary goals of care conferences. -During ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, exhibiting professional flexibility in adapting ministry skills to provide telechaplaincy and bereavement support to patients and families, both on site at ALGH and through Advocate Aurora Chaplain Connect. Practicing enhanced skills in wide range of PPE usage.-Advanced competency in providing solo chaplaincy coverage during evening and overnight hours for entire hospital and responding to all spiritual care needs, including providing immediate response and bereavement care for all deaths.-Current clinical focus centers on the intersection of chaplaincy and clinical ethics, including consultation, organizational ethics, and social ethics across Advocate Aurora Health Care. -Accomplished three ACPE units, fourth unit in progress at this Level I Trauma Center, including 600+ beds and Advocate Children’s Hospital Park Ridge.
