Provide senior business partner support to 800+ employees, trainees and managers on diverse range of human resources activities including recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, workforce planning, separation. Oversight of five member team.

Partner with leadership to support business goals by leading, planning, developing and implementing human resources strategies and solutions for Northwestern Medical Group. Provide guidance to VPs, Directors and Managers and connect key HR services and support teams when appropriate.

Manage and implement HR operations, compensation and recruitment programs and interface with the HR information technology team. Deliver Human Resources programs and projects which have direct or indirect impact on organizational objectives.

Support project initiatives within the department aimed at streamlining processes, maintaining legal compliance, and enhancing service offerings to employees. Assist managers and directors with employee lifecycle processes including hire, transfer and promotion, and termination.

Serve staff and members by providing support primarily on Foundation benefit programs. Deliver benefits overview for new employee orientation and other training as appropriate. Administer employee discount program and act as team lead for the Employee Engagement Educational Committee. Perform special projects to support mission of human resources department.

Oversee coordination of outplacement business line, managing relationships with clients, national partners and internal consultants. Coach professional and senior-level clients on transition goals. Support executive coaching and leadership development practice, including training and facilitation. Develop and manage marketing collateral using MS Office applications and Adobe InDesign. Coordinate internal communications throughout 4 west coast offices. Orchestrate all phases of full-cycle retained executive recruitments including creating position descriptions, advertising, sourcing of candidates and screening and final interview process.
