Provided guidance, direction and structure to 18 alumni groups and over 55 alumni volunteer leaders while growing alumni engagement by 30% annually through collaboration and partnership. Facilitated the revitalization of the Chicanx/Latinx, Native American and Lambda alumni groups and established the Military Network. Developed and implemented quarterly and annual assessment tools to measure the impact of alumni engagement, outreach and growth. Worked seamlessly with development officers in the cultivation of major gift prospects and donors.

Responsible for the direction of the Interfraternity Council, National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC), and the Professional Fraternities and Sororities Council encompassing 15 council officers, 35 chapters and over 1,200 members. Established and maintained a mutually beneficial working relationship with numerous alumni groups for historically Black Greek Letters Organizations resulting in reformation of the NPHC Council and a doubling of the number of chapters and members on campus. Spearheaded the design, implementation and assessment of campus policies and procedures as they related to sorority and fraternity life community in partnership with campus risk management, legal counsel and student judicial affairs.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

Managed an alcohol free residential housing facility with 40 residents and a chapter membership of over 100 individuals. Reporting to the House Corporation, worked collaboratively with cooking staff and Chapter Advisory Board on facility management, risk reduction, implementation of safety and securing protocols, and execution of high profile events for top university officials, international fraternity officers and donors. Achieved an 8% increase in number of residents, 12% increase is academic year revenue and doubled summer revenues.

Indianapolis, Indiana Area

Facilitated a 20% growth in the number of organizations and over 250% growth in the number of students involved through advising three governing councils, implementation of industry standards for community governance, intake and recruitment, chapter recognition, and community growth. Established and maintained positive working relationships with University faculty and staff, chapter advisors, regional and national officials and peer institutions throughout Central Indiana. Hired, trained and evaluated one graduate assistant and one graduate student intern.

Advised a seven-member executive board and served as a liaison to ten hall councils representing over 5,000 students while managing a $140,000 annual programming budget. Built collaborative working relationships with the campus program board, student government and multicultural center, establishment and growth of the university’s chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary and executed programming and presentations on large and small scales.
