Key Responsibilities:Funds Management:Regularly monitor and reconcile funds under each client to ensure accurate payment processing.Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation related to payments.Maintain meticulous records of funds, transactions, and supplier details.Supplier Payments:Oversee payment processing for over 150 suppliers nationwide.Review and verify supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.Prepare and process payments promptly and efficiently using our accounting software.Address any payment discrepancies or issues in a timely and professional manner.Financial Reporting:Generate regular reports on accounts payable activities, including outstanding invoices and payment status.Collaborate with the finance team to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement or cost-saving opportunities.Provide accurate and up-to-date information for management reporting.Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounts payable processes.(Basie on the corporate financial system, developed productivity more than 50%) Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve communication and coordination with suppliers,and also matin a good relationship with supplier.
