• Manage project schedules & detailed schedules for construction and vertical development contracts across 3 different sites. Coordinate with client scheduling groups to ensure schedules meet the mines requirements. Track delays and their impact on the schedules. • Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure equipment, materials and manpower availability for efficient execution. • Successfully review scopes and prepare job estimates with input from various operational groups to secure work and add value to the contracts. • Upon job award, communicate execution plan to underground supervisors, reviewing job codes, schedules and budgeted time for activities to ensure budgets and schedules are met. • Prepare trend alerts to notify the client if a schedule or budget is to be surpassed, including a mitigation plan to minimize impacts to the project. • Review cashflow forecasts to be provided to client for each site to provide realistic budgetary guidance. Report any changes from the previous forecast and provide justification for the change. • Ensure the quality of all installations by performing site visits and certifying the engineered prints are followed. Provide inspection test plans and quality inspection reports to the client upon job completion for a smooth handover. • Lead by example and always demonstrate commitment to safety. Review engineering drawings to ensure installations prescribed can be completed safely and meet the specifications and standards of the client. Participate in the JHSC meetings/site visits as a worker rep to increase knowledge and correct potential hazards in the workplace.

• Review mine performance daily – identify and discuss compliance to the weeklyplan and how shortfalls impact the mid and long-term schedule.• Create weekly schedules that are representative of the resources available andachieve 3-month plan targets.• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the daily line-up aligns with theweekly goals.• Assist in building the rolling 3-month plan. • Design, sequence and schedule short and mid-term mine plans for Cochenour Mine.• Provide plans and design layouts to ensure production requirements are met as perbudget and ensure compliance to engineering standards.• Develop conceptual mining plans in conjunction with other departments such as rockmechanics, maintenance, electrical and geology. Lead conceptual meetings.• Lead weekly planning meeting to discuss upcoming development, projects andaddress concerns.• Communicate with consultants and contractors to establish mine infrastructureeffectively.• Assist in drill and blast design and participate in study to improve stope results.• Work with Underground Supervisors to develop daily and weekly plans.
