• Provides phone support for community fundraising enquiries• Receipting, donations processing for community fundraising activities• Database imports/updating of records from third party platforms• Update Fundraising and Development pages of website • Support community fundraisers with fulfilment of materials and collateral such as fundraising guidelines, authority to fundraise letters, logo, posters and other materials to assist with their fundraising activities.• Assist Community Fundraising Program Manager to support large fundraiser organisers and third-party fundraising events as needed• Maintain and update the community fundraising events calendar and ensure it is kept up to date on the Black Dog Institute website• Undertake ongoing follow-up with fundraisers before, during and after their fundraising activity or event and steward fundraisers toward repeat support of Black Dog• Inspire supporters and maintain effective relationships with them across a variety of channels including telephone, email, online and face to face where necessary• Assist in growing participation in community fundraising events, toward achieving income growth across a variety of fundraising programs and activities• Undertake special projects to support the Community Fundraising portfolio, such as updating of collateral or materials, as needed• Import files from third party fundraising platforms and undertake de-duping and data-cleansing activities prior to importation. • Coordinate and assist with Black Dog annual donor event
