I'm a multi-skilled professional across the disciplines of writing, film-making and broadcasting.As a writer, I regularly write for magazines such as BBC Countryfile, BBC Sky at Night, Who Do You Think You Are?, RAIL, Camping, Discover Britain, BRITAIN, Best of British, Your Dog, Dogs Monthly, Yorkshire Walks and Wildlife - and many others. I've written Top Ten review features for the Independent newspaper. I've also written and updated guide and walking books.As a film-maker, I can either work as a solo-film-maker able to producer from start to finish video productions destined for broadcast, sell-through or web release - or in a variety of crew roles with my specialities being sound recording, editing and producing.As a broadcaster, I'm the main presenter of the series "Walks Around Britain".
