Analytics leader with deep expertise across all aspects of the healthcare delivery model. It's easy to talk about data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, etc..., but what I've come to realize is that embedding analytics in an organization requires much more than just an algorithm or buzzword. My approach is built on a simple continuum; data < information < insight < action < value and requires an intentional collaborative effort across analytics, tech and business to enable sustainable and scalable capabilities. Most recently, I transformed a traditional operational reporting unit into a full-service analytics provider, bringing advanced analytics to a 10k+ team member service organization and delivering $54MM in value to the bottom-line in two years.
