Whitebox distributes, develops and supports software for the stabiltiy calculation for constructions (Dlubal RFEM, RSTAB, CRANEWAY) for engineers and construction professionals. Whitebox helps the customer in selecting the best solution and supports the customer during his work with training and helpdesk.My first working experience I had in 2001 at Echo, a precast company. During my internship and thesis I experienced here the working life of an engineer. At the end of my internship I succeeded in programming a price winning in AutoCAD (Autodesk Award) software tool for drawing and design of beams and columns in steel and concrete. In 2002 I started my first job at the Gijbels Group, a company specialized in steel and aluminium construction. My main task was the follow up of aluminum construction projects. I learned the basis of project management on real construction projects.Driven by my interest in new technologies I shifted in 2005 from the construction side into the software side. At Nemetschek Scia I started as a Services Engineer where I gave training and helpdesk on their Scia Engineer (Esa PT and ESA Prima Win) software to an international customer base. After 3 years I’ve grown into a Product Management function where I answered customers’ requests with new software developments. In 2008 I helped with the start-up of the Nemetschek Scia U.A.E. office in Dubai and the business development in the Middle East. In 2011 I founded the company Whitebox. With Dlubal RFEM Belgium we distibute 3D-calculation software for all Eurocodes (Steel, Concrete, Timber, ... ) Specialties: - Eurocodes for structural engineering;- Structural Engineering of bridges and buildings;- Reinforced and pre-stressed concrete;- Steel and Aluminium constructions;- Steel Connections;- Building Information Model (BIM) with CAE- and CAD-software (Tekla, Revit, Autocad);
