More than 30 years of experience of which 20 years on a managerial level as Financial Manager, Consolidation Manager, Project Manager & CFO and this in several different companies and branches, this made me ready for all kind of challenges and opportunities in de Financial Department.I am generalist in Accountancy, Financial, Administration, Controlling, Consolidation, Fiscal and Legal matters. As a Manager I like & I need to be up to date about all the aspects of the company, being involved in all these aspects prepares you to react fast and accurate if opportunities or problems emerge. The Financial Manager, Consolidation Manager, Project Manager or CFO has to be the center of the company's information chain & is for his colleagues of the management team a reliable source of information on all kind of matters. I like to work with people and the experience with managing people in the past years have made me a good motivator; coach & groupsleader. I think I manage to get the best out of people and I sometimes was able to get more out of people then they themselves thought they had in them.
