As a senior Client Manager within Aon's Health and Benefits team, I am accountable for providing strategic consulting advice on all aspects of health and wellbeing across my portfolio of clients. As a senior Account Manager in Aon's Employee Risk Solution business, I was responsible for delivering holisitic employee benefits including financial, lifestyle, health and wellbeing, and superannuation to blue chip corporate clients. My responsibilities included:* Develop in consultation with key clients an annual service plan and deliver same, to effectively position and deliver their tailored employee benefits package.* Design and deliver marketing initiatives to effectively promote employee benefits nationally.* Project manage and deliver new client launches in consultation with marketing and regional account management team.* Facilitate and co-ordinate national promotional activities including workshops, education and workplace consultations.* Manage ongoing vendor partnerships, and effectively market products/services for downstream B2C sales.* Undertake annual review of client service delivery, including usage reporting, feedback and problem resolution.* Proactively manage key accounts to cross-sell wider group services, to increase share of wallet.* Assist in tender submissions and presentations as required by the Business Development team.
