The Risk and Compliance Manager ensures that all relevant governance, risk management and compliance requirements are addressed in a proactive way to meet all regulatory needs and to support the safety, health and wellbeing of all members of the College community. I work closely with the Leadership Team to ensure that the College’s risk and compliance frameworks are developed and properly managed to control risks and ensure compliance with the relevant standards and regulations.The Risk and Compliance Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of risk mitigation, and policy and procedure development, ensuring that Kilbreda College meets its Compliance and Assurance obligations as determined by internal stakeholders and all relevant external organisations. These organisations include Kildare Ministries, the Catholic Education Commission of Victoria (CECV), Victorian Registrations and Qualifications Authority (VRQA) and the Department of Education and Training (DET).
