Client Performance Manager
Current- Conduct monthly consultations with sales and dealership management, collaborating to optimize websites in alignment with strategic objectives. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, recommend tailored solutions, address key challenges, and implement updates to achieve their specific goals, consistently tracking and improving key performance indicators (KPIs) for enhanced online presence and business success- Oversee the management of 90+ websites, including those utilizing Cox Automotive's Accelerate My Deal both on and off the platform, totaling in over $260,000 in monthly recurring revenue- Consistently surpass Qualitative and Quantitative Standards as Client Performance Manager/P3/Senior Performance Manager including all responsibilities of a Client Performance Consultant/P2 - Proactively stay abreast of weekly OEM updates for a diverse clientele, effectively communicating pertinent information and managing relationships with clients engaged with 20+ OEMs simultaneously- Collaborate seamlessly w/ cross-functional teams, including Search Engine Optimization, Advertising, Content and Creative, Social Media Specialists, to synergize efforts and support dealers in achieving success- Initiated and organized four highly successful ‘Product Speed Dating’ events for the Dealer.com Performance Management Organization, attracting over 70 attendees each. Significantly enhancing the knowledge base of the PM team regarding DDC and other Cox Automotive Business unit products, fostering collaboration and strengthening partnerships with the sales team—a key initiative endorsed by organizational leaders- Provide mentorship to new hires & teammates, imparting best practices, fostering organizational skills, & delivering comprehensive guidance on achieving success in a Performance Manager role- Stepped into the role of Readiness Performance Manager during their maternity leave, & currently serve as needed in the Consumer, Brand, and Dealer Platform workstreams
