I earned my doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. However, my educational journey extends far beyond traditional academia. Through experiences like Seth Godin’s altMBA (cohort 7) and mastering human-centered design techniques, I continually model lifelong learning. As Alvin Toffler eloquently put it, “the illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write but those who cannot learn, unlearn and relearn.” This philosophy guides my belief that creativity, curiosity, multidisciplinary thinking, and empathy are essential skills for success today and in the future.In my professional practice, I leverage Human-Centered Design thinking and other innovative approaches to facilitate meaningful conversations. Through my work, I strive to inspire leaders to embrace curiosity and foster an environment where innovation and growth can flourish.
