- Managed over $12m funds across dozens of grants, supporting array of equity, policy, and programming-related investments, including research, innovation, convening, advocacy, campaign support, and evaluation. - Developed and managed strategies and funding streams related to whole child health, with focus on fostering economic conditions to allow children and families to thrive.- Routinely managed grants from start to finish, including researching and writing concepts, managing timelines, soliciting requests for proposal, monitoring grants, and coordinating evaluation and communication efforts with grantees.- Co-designed and managed RWJF’s strategic explorations into foundation’s role in health equity movement, including grants that supported scientific field-building measures; facilitated multisector convening across geographies; brought in community perspective to inform work; cultivated partnerships with civil rights organizations.- Managed multiple structural change initiatives within the Foundation focused on creating a more equitable work environment for all employees and our grantees.

Led strategy development, recruitment, and coordination of activities for the group, including the creation of Funders' Philanthropic Self-Assessment Tool for Family Engagement and an accompanying community of practice.

- Trained over 1,500 school and government employees, afterschool providers, and volunteers on Alliance‘s playbook to advocate for change around host of policies that support optimal physical, mental, and socio-emotional health for kids. Brokered agreements with stakeholders, including all major Mid-Atlantic afterschool providers. Briefed national bodies of organizations on regional and national progress.- Served as inaugural program manager for new program focused on creating environmental and policy changes in afterschool networks with goal of combating childhood obesity. Conducted initial on-ground research and vetting of partner groups, ran program with afterschool providers, conducted research efforts, and ultimately trained multiple cohorts of new program managers all over country to emulate success in D.C. market.- Collaborated with colleagues to create, pilot, scale, and evaluate policy and environmental changes-focused afterschool intervention framework that now reaches over 4,500 afterschool provider sites in communities nationwide and, creating systemic, equitable, and measurable impacts on youth health outcomes.- Executed planning, logistics, and programming components of organization’s semi-annual youth advisory board and onboarding summits, crafting annual total of ten days of educational programming for youth leaders, parents, organization staff, and third-party participants.
