Senior Revenue Compensation Analyst (Strategy Mgr.)
Current• Own and drive Fiscal Year planning for Revenue Compensation, which includes determining compensation strategy, performance metrics, policy, and proposed spend with cross functional teams within Revenue, Product, and Finance.• Effectively deploy/support rationale, strategy, and commission calculations to LT and Sales Organization as the main point of contact.• Maintain expert knowledge of entire compensation catalogue, strategic rationale, and Revenue Compensation policies.• Compile cross functional business knowledge to propose optimized strategy and best practices for plan design.• Provide investigative analytics to thoroughly present on content that has implications on the Revenue Compensation program performance and strategy.• Partner with key teams to support system design and execution process enhancements related to Revenue Compensation.• Collaborate with Strategic Finance, Revenue Operations, GTM, Business Planning, and Revenue LT to drive Revenue Compensation requirements that support business metrics and objectives.• Support the Commission Admin team with end of month commissions processing, reporting, analysis, and SAP Callidus maintenance.• Compile and present ad hoc requests related to Revenue Compensation data.
