I pride myself to be an outgoing undergraduate student and support system for my fellow peers. I am experienced in public speaking and collaborating with others to accomplish an incoming task and future goals. I love to be able to gain more knowledge and expertise in fields that inspire me to meet new people, learn stories, and build connections. I always carry the willingness to learn and experience opportunities as a path to better myself as an individual and better my skills.I am seeking opportunities that will help me expand my passion for Journalism and seek the ability to learn more about mental health advocacy for youth and unrepresented communities as a way to better shape future generations and the world we face today.Over the past years I have been apart of the youth mentoring program Operation Dream, Inc as a Life Skills Assistant and a Youth Worker volunteering in community service activities including food pantries, community gardens, and trash service. Over the past summer, I worked with youth in the PEOPLE's summer program for future scholarship recipients of the PEOPLE Program. I am a current scholarship recipient of the PEOPLE Precollege Program and All-In Milwaukee.My areas of expertise includes:Public-speaking, youth work, team building, organization, planning, communication, photography, mentorship, conflict resolution, and leadership.
