Result: NSF tied for the highest rated EA among federal agencies, as assessed by OMB.General Services Administration: Deputy PM of Integrated IT Portfolio Management (I2TPM) project, which defined EA, CPIC, Portfolio Management, and SDLC touchpoints to yield an integrated process. Booz Allen Hamilton Infrastructure Strategy Project: Deputy PM - Analyzed Firm's internal infrastructure capabilities ability to support the Firm’s client-facing services. NASA: Responsible for completing EA section of OMB Exhibit 300’s for the three of NASA's major investments.

Managed three projects for Inc 500 company and ranked #1 in Washington Technology’s Fast 50 (2005) while billing 40 hours/ week as Enterprise Architect for CBP's Enterprise Architecture Branch (EAB). Contracts worth total of $2+M/year. Oversight of 5-8 direct reports who provided enterprise architecture services and mission critical enhancements to legacy systems at DHS’ Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and data management support for the Department of Interior (DOI). CBP EA related activities included being book boss of Enterprise Transition & Sequencing Plan (ETSP) v5.0 (CBP’s first “enterprise” version of a modernization blueprint); utilizing DHS’ IMS/ ProSight and Future Years Homeland Security Plan applications to review DHS’ OMB Exhibit 53s, OMB 300s and other project information to assess impacts to CBP’s modernization plans; and reviewing CBP preliminary requests for IT project funding submitted as part of the Investment Management Process.

Managed team of six developers migrating current PHP Knowledge Base Management System to full-featured .NET/ SQL version with the following features: full-text searching of documents; document approval workflow; content versioning; “publish on” and “expiration” date-stamping; and, parent-child inheritance of folder traits.Initiated and oversaw coordination of Knowledge Base products throughout lifecycles, from strategic definition to development, installation, and support.Managed the product development process by analyzing client business processes/ customer feedback and translating into feature/function requirements for product enhancements. Drove the tasks and activities of a cross-functional core team developing and supporting products.
