My role as First Team Performance Analyst for Frickley Athletic included the following duties & responsibilities:◦ Attending & recording all fixtures involving members of the First Team playing staff◦ Distribution of recorded footage through the online Hudl platform to the appropriate members of the coaching & playing staff◦ Using the Hudl platform to code uploaded game footage into player-specific highlight packages for each game, subsequently distributing these to each player to assist with their post-game reflection & feedback to the coaching team◦ Recording key technical events information for both teams (final third entries, shots on target etc.) & individual players (e.g. passing accuracy, duel success rates etc.) following each game◦ Managing the collection of physical performance indicators through PlayerTek's GPS Player Tracking System◦ Collating & distributing technical and physical information in the form of descriptive feedback sheets to members of the coaching and playing staff◦ Sourcing & utilising available match footage to develop pre-match opposition tactical feedback presentations & videos◦ Working with the parent clubs of on-loan players to provide bespoke performance analysis feedback to the player in line with the parent club's playing philosophy◦ Collaborate with the coaching staff to create graphically enhanced tactical feedback presentations to be used to present the club's playing philosophy & key tactical concepts to members of the playing staff

My role as Lead Academy Sport Scientist & Performance Analyst for Scunthorpe United included the following duties & responsibilities:◦ Development of individualised athletic development programmes for every player in the academy (U9's to U18's)◦ Delivery of weekly strength and conditioning sessions to both the YDP (U14 to U16) & PDP (U17 to U18) players, including the provision of individualised strength and conditioning programmes◦ Performance testing of all players throughout the academy at regular intervals throughout the season & dissemination of testing results back to both players & coaching staff through descriptive feedback sheets◦ Regularly take part in Academy Management Team & Multi-Disciplinary meetings providing feedback on the targets set by the sport science department◦ Collaborate with the Academy medical team to ensure movement & posture screenings were undertaken at regular intervals throughout the season, with appropriate corrective exercises prescribed to players as necessary◦ Monitor player's daily readiness to train & training load using a prescribed questionnaire prior to training and Rate of Percieved Exertion (RPE) system respectively◦ Provide age-appropriate diet and nutrition information to both players and parents through regular presentations and information sheets◦ Recording of games programme fixtures for various age groups across all Academy age groups◦ Use performance analysis software (Sportscode) with specially developed coding windows based on the playing philosophy of the club for all recorded fixtures◦ Conducting regular opposition analysis on upcoming PDP games programme fixtures◦ Working with the Academy Sport Psychologist to develop and implement an appropriate psychological support programme for players, parents & staff◦ Uploading information, documentation & game footage to the Performance Management Application (PMA) for easy dissemination to both Academy staff and players

During my time at Club Doncaster Foundation I was employed as a Casual Coach, primarily tasked with providing assistance to senior lead coaches, providing sports coaching & activities to children in both schools and also as part of extra-curricular activities.
