Edwards & Sons, Inc. the St. Louis financial services firm that was acquired, first by Wachovia and then by Wells Fargo within a brief 24 months, resulting in explosive business growth and a massive, complex integration challenge.The initiatives I led for the new organization focused on developing standardized portfolio, performance and financial planning tools enabling financial advisors to perform essential business functions and creating a CRM using next-level technology and tracking tools to simplify and streamline client acquisition and retention.More recently, I’ve overseen operations and driven process improvement initiatives across a growing financial services organization that provides production support for multibillion dollars in client assets under management. Results in this role have been significant, not only in terms of increased efficiency but also in business and revenue growth.My greatest strengths lie in aligning people and processes to achieve organizational goals.
