A Pegasystems professional with 20+ years experience in BPM, BRE, and rules technologies. I joined Pegasystems in August, 2000, and since then has been working on PegaRules Process Commander and PegaWORKS products. I was a Lead System Architect for an enterprise applications being developed on PRPC, but am currently working in GCS as support engineer. I have worked extensively on software projects involving application development, systems design, support and implementation along with application deployment. I am well versed in working with RDBMS like Oracle, DB2, UDB and Sybase. I have years of experience working with Operating systems such as Solaris, AIX, HPUX, Linux, and ZOS. I have worked with Application servers such as Websphere, Weblogic, JBoss, and Tomcat. In regards to implementation methodologies,I am proficient in waterfall, Agile, kanban, scrum and RUP methodologies and has been involved in the different stages of the software development life cycle. I am the GCS SME for PegaCall/CTI integration. I handle performance cases, memory leak issues, along with general system slowness related to design and infrastructure. I am proficient in managing requirements, design, configuration, and other aspects of enterprise solution development. I have strong communication and client facing skills.
