As a Commercial Engineer, I developed visualizations to highlight performance and analyzed the P&L of over 1000 operations on a monthly basis resulting in $15K savings each month.

As a Resource Coordinator, I successfully led and managed a cross-functional team of up to 60 people across the nation. I fostered positive working relationships and implemented a rewarding remote work culture. The push I made for remote work increased retention rate from 50% to 90% within a 6 month period. Learning how to cut through the noise and prioritize projects helped me succeed in this role, creating efficiencies across multiple projects on a daily basis.

Over 3 years as a Senior Field Engineer, I supervised over 200 operations in the Midwest Region generating $7 million in revenue, which is 10-14% of the overall revenue in the region. Jarvis Legal is used by thousands of lawyers in more than 25 countries as a simple legal practice management software. They’ve built an all-in-one web-based application to manage a modern law firm. I led and owned all business development efforts in the USA for this French-based B2B SaaS startup and increased sales by 20% in 9 months. I collected customer feedback and collaborated with the product management team to address end-user pain points and improve product features. I learned how to be adaptable and quick within a startup environment.
