A team of people produced the following selected accomplishments• Grew The ACT to become the #1 choice in the college admissions market, testing 57 percent of the nation’s high school class of 2014• Launched ACT Aspire, expanding assessment services into grades 3 to 7• Introduced social media to ACT and launched ACT Profile• Launched ACT Foundation• Created Office for the Advancement of Underserved Learners• Launched enterprise wide LEAN program• Acquired Pacific Metric which includes world-class psychometric software, advanced analytics capabilities and online systems

• Managed largest state funding cut in SJSU history: $42 million• Launched $200 million fund-raising campaign • Implemented a plan to speed to graduation 5th/6th year seniors• Upgraded and expanded advising campus-wide• Created a comprehensive strategic plan for diversity and inclusion
