I am responsible for the coordination of Marketing efforts for the GPI offices throughout the state of FL and surrounding areas. Established in 1966, Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) is a consulting engineering, planning, survey, mapping, and construction management and inspection firm that specializes in the innovative development, design and construction of infrastructure and building systems. Originally founded by A. Beecher Greenman and Herbert M. As the Marketing Director at NAI TALCOR I assist our 25+ commercial real estate agents in their day to day tasks for listing and promoting properties in the North Florida area. This includes marketing property listings by creating marketing packages, inputting information into online database programs such as LoopNet or our local commercial MLS, TALREX, as well as listing the properties available for sale or lease on our website. Additional tasks include generating comparable property searches, gathering data to execute mail-outs to prospective buyer lists, as well as an email blast to those individuals or companies. I have an active role in the Tallahassee community by attending The Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce meetings and Access Tallahassee events on a regular basis to promote the NAI TALCOR brand. I am a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee, a professional leadership development program focused on community-oriented initiatives, as well as in the process of working with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Big Bend to become a mentor to youth in need in our community.

Served as office manager focusing on customer service and all communication with clients to schedule meetings. In addition, I assisted clients with their tax returns and bookkeeping or payroll services.
