Step Up Women's Network is a national non-profit membership based organization dedicated to connecting and advancing women and girls. • Managing confidence building and college and career preparation programs and mentoring opportunities for 250 young women at four Chicago Public partner high schools serving low income students• Leading Step Up Teen Programs teams in New York City and Los Angeles to create strategic plans to meet objectives and ensure youth success• Hiring and coaching program staff• Building and maintaining relationships with school partner staff• Building relationships with companies and colleges to secure youth internships, event hosts and other in-kind support for teen programs and special events• Maintaining relationships with and tracking the progress of Step Up alumnae • Developing and implementing evaluation measures and tools to assess program effectiveness for both youth and mentors• Recruiting and preparing relevant, engaging speakers and presenters for twice annual citywide college and career focused conferences for youth • Planning and executing relevant, engaging field trips for youth to businesses, organizations and colleges and universities
