Continue to Bid and Estimate new installation and modernization projects then manage projects once sold through final turnover. Successfully manage and completed over 35 new construction and modernization projects, equaling over 15M. Tasks include..• Organize post contract documents and plan submittal and close-out documents • Deferred submittal and required local agencies permitting and inspection process and approval. Mediate mechanical, technical and functional processes between Owners, Architects, Engineers,Construction Managers, Consultants, and Code authorities.• Manage and coordinate quality control standards.• Interpret contract scope according to contract agreements.• Track and report project costs and execution. • Track cost impacts beyond the contract scope and seek due compensation through change orders.• Seek opportunities for additional scope through process and technology upgrades.

Seek and acquire new leads and job opportunities. Develop estimating spreadsheets and project bid requirement/proposal documents. Coordinate Safety and code approval required permitting approval as well as manage differed submittals.
