• Lead executive responsible for comprehensive strategy of Alcon, Inc. US Vision Care sales team’s online custom CRM support tool, Marketing Resource Center (MRC), providing consumer-facing marketing materials and support to eye care physician and retailer accounts• Responsible for 150% profit growth since 2011 and the addition of two full-time direct-report positions • Continually evaluate client needs to develop new tools/workflows to enhance user experience (UX) and improve efficiency, increasing overall site usage by 90%• Partner with customer marketing team members to create and execute co-branded marketing tactics to help clients meet their specific goals• Strategize with brand managers and teams to identify most effective collateral from previous campaigns to create, plan, and execute new campaign launches• Maintain Alcon’s corporate brand standards when creating marketing collateral for MRC and designing customized collateral for special projects• Planned, managed, and successfully executed two complete redesigns of the MRC platform, including transition to responsive design• Collaborate with internal and external partners to produce excellent client results while remaining flexible and able to adapt to continual growth and changing business needs• Provide leadership internally to creative, production, technical support, and web development teams to ensure project deliverables and timelines are fully understood, resulting in consistently met initiatives and deadlines• Manage the creation, annotation, organization, archiving, and distribution of digital assets on web-to-print platform, DAM portal, SQL database, and internal servers• Create and update training materials and technical manuals for new users and portal administrators• Plan and facilitate on-site and online training sessions for beginner and advanced users• Oversee account contracts, SOWs and invoicing, and track budgets on multiple POs from clients and vendors
