I have been a resident of Georgia for over twenty-two years. I first located to Southeast Georgia upon completing graduate school where I developed the first campus wide Wellness Program for Georgia Southern University. I coordinated marketing and public relations campaigns for the Student Health Services at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and Georgia Southern University. My career continued through the Department of Student Services for Georgia Institute of Technology. My awards include recognition from the Harvard School of Public Health, the Robert Woods Johnson Foundation, World AIDS Day Foundation, and National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) for promoting Health Awareness Campaigns on college campuses.
