As a certified Neuromotive Coach, as well as the head coach for the Kids and Junior Program, my passion is working with youth to improve cognitive and physical awareness, as well as function. All students or youth are welcome and can benefit from such training. We are also successful using these methods in students with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities and those just looking to improve focus, cognitive speed, reading, writing, math skills etc. At RAWCF School of Fitness, we use methods that help to improve memory; focus; attention; recall; interhemispheric coordination... and, most importantly, helps people learn to LOVE exercise AND education!
