• Extensive background in developing both teacher and leader effectiveness through coaching, collaboration, professional learning, measurement, and data analysis• Successful development and facilitation of numerous professional learning opportunities for teachers and leaders• Broad knowledge base of best practices in curriculum, instruction, and assessment• Experience working with statewide instructional initiatives in Georgia (including Race To the Top, Teacher and Leader Effectiveness and Common Core Standards Implementation)• Ability to integrate technology in order to facilitate effective support and professional learning tools, organization and gathering of data, and management of daily operations• Excellent organizational and creative skills• Strong rapport with colleagues and district and school personnel• Commitment to supporting new teachers and leaders; considerable time spent with new teacher induction programs
