With age comes wisdom and with more than two decades of experience in business advisory, financial services and executive leadership, I have led highly successful entrepreneurial businesses and organizations in the roles of CEO, managing member and board member.Currently, I am founder and CEO of Glowe Connective, an un-consultancy founded in 2020 that helps companies successfully execute their most important transformation. I created Glowe out of a desire to disrupt traditional business systems through elevating feminine energy, and support the global awakening of humans demanding more of their leaders and their workplaces.Most recently, I was a founding managing member of Matter Family Office, an industry-leading national wealth management firm. Having spent my career trying to elevate the importance of family dynamics and building healthy family cultures in large wealth management institutions, I realized the only way that my vision would come to fruition was to build it independently. I joined forces with other partners who shared my vision and ultimately we created Matter. During my tenure, I was responsible for the leadership of the firm’s culture, people, branding, communication and strategic initiatives. During my 11 years, we navigated exceptional growth, and I was very proud to become recognized as one of the top multi-family offices in the country because of our unique point of view.I've also brought my passions to inspire, create and connect to my community involvement. I have held roles as a board member of House of Genius, the Founding City Director of House of Genius STL, a Board Member and Chairman of Venture Café St. Louis, a Development Board Member of St. Louis Children’s Hospital, and various Board and Leadership roles for the United Way of Greater St. Louis. I have also been privileged to be an advisor to NEXUS Global Summit, a member of Summit, and a U.S. Fringe Diplomacy Partnership Opportunity Delegate to Cuba.
