I provide individual therapy in the area of articulation, language, and social skills. I also co-lead a social skills group weekly with two speech pathologists and an early childhood special education teacher.

• Evaluated preschool-aged children using standardized and non-standardized measures in the areas of articulation, expressive/receptive language, social, and fluency. • Provided therapy in the areas of Apraxia of Speech, articulation disorders, and expressive/receptive language disorders as well as social communication therapy to multiple children with Autism. • Implemented an AAC program called Proloquo2Go.• Applied knowledge of research-based, intervention practices to develop goals. • Wrote IEP goals for several students transitioning from Infant Toddler Services as well as annual reviews. • Worked within a multidisciplinary team to lead IEP meetings.

• Provided speech services to multiple children with articulation disorders. • Provided social communication therapy to a child with Autism. • Provided speech and language services to a child with Down Syndrome.• Collaborated with three graduate students to create and implement goals for the clients.

• Served elementary students (2-6 grade) with varying diagnoses, primarily focusing on language, articulation, and literacy goals.• Implemented an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) device for a child with severe disabilities. • Collaborated with general education teachers to form therapy lessons around grade-level curriculum.

• Administered formal and informal diagnostic evaluations in the areas of articulation, expressive language, and pragmatics. • Provided pediatric therapy in the areas of Apraxia of Speech, articulation disorders, and expressive/receptive language disorders. • Implemented group social communication therapy with young adults with cognitive disabilities, language disorders, and pragmatic deficits at the Young Adult Conversation Group at the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, KS.
