Patient Account Analyst - Fte
Current- Working in a fast paced environment, projects conducted on strict timelines that include extreme multi-tasking abilities requiring support in software, QA testing, systems analysis, and documentation.
- Current position is based around support for Registration, Admissions, Business Office, Billing, Contract Management, CDM processes, Insurance Eligibility, and Central Scheduling, while also supporting HL7 interfaces.
- Basic knowledge providing support to Cerner, Keane & Siemens systems in areas relatable to the HMS Revenue Cycle.
- Strong competency in all Conversion phases, including Assessments, Planning, Design, Build, Training, Testing, Go Live & Post Go Live support.
- Consults with and assist users in making the most effective use of computer applications through training, testing, system monitoring, and problem resolution
- Ensures all IS work and development complies with corporate and departmental policies and procedures
