Developed new and innovative processes to improve automated systems and led creative campaigns that captured the attention of clients and prospective clients, in a way that resulted in new and repeated sales.

Assisted attorneys in all U.S. trademark prosecution and maintenance matters, including trademark monitoring, as well as trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings. Managed all aspects of client engagement, with an emphasis on improving operating procedures to ensure a consistent and high level of client satisfaction, improving client retention by at least 5% each month. Developed and launched the firm's newest suite of copyright services, aptly called Rewind, which include Copyright Strategy, Registration + Counsel, Copyright Clearance, Unpaid Royalties, and Copyright Reversion services.

Zoomer was a tech/logistics company that connected high-volume delivery restaurants with independently contracted delivery drivers. Prepared resources and led company-wide trainings on best practices, ensuring compliance with Zoomer policies, as well as federally mandated health and safety guidelines.

Led creative, grassroots efforts to educate new and emerging markets on the Zoomer platform. Led the successful launches of the Evanston, Chicago and Boston markets, which at the time accounted for approximately 20% of business handled by the platform company-wide.
