Reconcile outstanding pending case requirements and requests for additional information with agents. Advocate and negotiate with life insurance carriers informal and formal offers.Set expectations regarding pending case requirements and timelines. Organize and generate status reports as needed.Assist in Agent contracting/ Licensing needsManager all Policy Owner Service request
