I have been in Transportation for several years and have worked in all aspects of domestic Transportation. I have worked on high-performing Brokerage Carrier teams centered around LTL, TL, and IM transits while maintaining high KPIs to meet customer expectations. Working for Whitewave and Danone after that gave me a unique view from the shipper’s side to manage carriers to the highest level of success. I value working relationships with valued partners to leverage execution and performance further. I also have a lens into Inventory and OS&D to optimize cost reductions further. I adapt to new technologies, assimilate quickly, and apply my training, education, and experience to improve work and adhere to the processes. When confronted with an obstacle or problem, I utilize all resources. I exhaust all avenues and have a resourceful approach to problem-solving.
