Helped develop school wide flex period for student enrichment and intervention based on student data. Lead and served on district transition team for Canvas LMS, conducted trainings school and district wide for both administrators and teachers. Participated in district transition to PowerSchool, including training and assisting district leaders, administrators, and teachers.

I worked with students varying from grades 9-12. I also helped oversee RTI, working with at-risk and below grade level students to help advance their skills to stay in school and graduate. Developed a tracking system for students utilizing Google Forms to reduce workload on teachers and obtain valuable data for meeting the needs of our students.

Developed the PE program for the alternative school consisting of grades 6-12 including scheduling and procurement of supplies needed for students. Assisted the administrator in obtaining school accreditation, by gathering data and other pertinent data. Utilized the online learning system to instruct students in other academic areas.

Managed classroom conducted lesson through activboard and other various forms of technology. Used web based program to keep track of grades and attendance in a organized and efficient manner.
