Support the Engineering Technology Office (NAVSEA05T1) with respect to integrating additive manufacturing equipment by identifying and establishing best practices as well as grooming sailor support within the US Navy fleet.Participated in the Navy COVID Rapid Response Team (NCR2T), New Ideas and Best Practices Team to assess efficacy of available and growing technologies available for the detection, prevention, and eradication of the COVID-19 virus. Specifically assessed the efficacy of using infrared cameras as a means of fever detection.

Provide support for regulations, design, manufacturing, and testing for the Transformational Challenge Reactor project.

- Construct planar solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) assemblies and prepare for testing.- Assist with the electro chemical performance analysis of planar SOFC.- Fabricate planar SOFC cathodes composed of mixed ionic and electronic conductors (MIECs) and catalytic nanoparticles, so as to test the cathode performance at varying low temperatures.

- Collaborated with a vendor (R. E. Mason) and Saltstone Process and Controls engineering to procure Computer Logic Diagrams for the Saltstone Facility. These diagrams will be used in the resolution of any processing errors in the event of a fault in the DeltaV DCS system

- Created a Slurry Pump Maintenance Matrix that evaluated run time for slurry pumps. Using this information, the time until failure of the pumps was determined allowing spares to be ordered and available for installation minimizing down time - Created and utilized a calculation evaluating drawing dimensions of transfer jets to predict location of joints based upon jet suction height. This calculation was used to complete several different tasks however its main intention was to automate the ETAF (Evaluative Transfer Automated Form)- Created a calculation to determine if the amount of liquid to be pumped from a sump (based on the conductivity probe level) would exceed the receiving basin’s allowable volume- Reviewed and suggested edits/additions for Environmental Commitment Matrix Manual- Created a calculation evaluating seismic capabilities of a pump line
